I finally got around to wearing this dress from Winners at the beginning od the month. It's going to be a great transition piece from winter to spring to summer. The colors are really vibrant (even more so in real life) and I love the fact that I don't really need to wear any jewelery with it because of the bejeweled neckline.
That bag was a gift I brought home from a roadtrip to New York City for my little sister. She's always had a thing for skulls and studs so when I saw it I imidiately thought of her. It's some cheap look-a-like of a Thomas Wylde bag but I didn't care because It represented her so well, plus she doesn't even know who that is so...I love the mix of the edgy bag with the daintiness of the dress.
Today, I also got some amazing news from a dear friend...we were invited to the lauch of an exhibition at the Musée des Beaux-Arts of Montreal for the 40th aniversarry of the John Lennon-Yoko Ono bed-in. The best thing of all...Yoko is going to be there!!! I'm already so excited.
